This is a fully restored set of carburetors from a 1976 KZ900.
Mikuni model Z12 00 
This set is completely cleaned and restored to like new condition and is ready to install and run. This set also has the carb bodies zinc chromate plated for a like new durable finish.

These will also work on later year 1978-1981 KZ1000's with jet change.
 
 
The following services have been performed:
1. Carbs completely taken apart, all parts ultrasonically cleaned. 
2. Float bowls and main bracket vapor blasted.  
3. All steel parts chemically stripped and Zinc Clear chromate plated like OEM finish.
4. Float bowls, carb tops, and main bracket vapor blasted
5. Float bowl and carb top hardware replaced with new JIS stainless hardware.
6. New aluminum O-ring style fuel tee's installed.
7. Viton float bowl gaskets installed
8. New Needle seat needles and gaskets installed.
9. New choke rod rubber dust covers and plastic pull tops installed.
10. New stainless steel choke handle and locking screw installed
11. Fuel level verified correct with clear tube test.
12. Bench synced.
 
These have stock size jets Main #115, Pilot #17.5.
 
If you are running Pod filters, Modified exhaust, Modified engine, or want to install them on a different year, the jet size will need to be changed.
 
I guarantee these carbs to look great and perform like new or better!
