This is for a complete restoration on Mikuni VM29 smoothbore carb rack.
This is the most complete service I know to be available and will make your carbs look and function like new or better. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to do a full restoration on their Classic Motorcycle.
 
1. Carbs completely taken apart all parts ultrasonically cleaned.
2. All steel parts stripped and Zinc Clear chromate plated like OEM finish.
3. Float bowls, carb bodies and main bracket vapor blasted
4. Carb tops polished.
5. Float bowl and carb top hardware replaced with new JIS stainless hardware.
6. New fuel tee and rail O-rings installed.
7. Viton reusable float bowl gaskets installed.
8. New main and pilot jets, and needle & seats installed.
9. New choke rod rubber dust covers and plastic pull tops installed.
10. New stainless steel choke handle / shaft and locking screw installed.
11. Fuel level verified correct with clear tube test.
12. Bench synced.
 
Main and pilot jets will be replaced with the existing sizes unless requested in advance.
 
 
Carbs with seized slides, stripped or broken screws, leaking or broken floats, broken or cracked jet blocks, ECT will be evaluated and a quotes given and customer approval needed for the additional repairs. 
 
HOW THE SERVICE WORKS!!
 
You will need to ship the carburetors to Joes Carb shop, 973 60th St. Caledonia, WI 53108.  Please include a detailed note with your contact info and any other info deemed necessary for the carb set. After your carbs are received I will do an evaluation on them to determine if any other parts are needed. After your approval the carbs will be serviced and any additional fees will be billed. Then the carbs will be shipped back to you. 
PLEASE NOTE! If the carbs are not serviceable or the customer chooses not to repair them. There will be a $50.00 charge for shipping and evaluation. Then return the carbs back to you.
